This film was the first independent production by Chris Lewis. The story board was then done by David Hands who also edited the film.
Reflections from the outside is a portray about mentally handicapped Austrian artist Joseph Hofer who in 2004 won the first prize of the EUWARD – The European award for artists with mental handicaps. Those who know him best tell us the story of this talented artist.
